So Much Going On...

Since my last post there have been a whirlwind of activities. We had Chicky Magoo 2's 2nd birthday! She was very excited about turning 2! She still walks around saying "I'm 2!"

After her birthday, we had the Greenwood Freedom Festival Parade. Chicky Magoo 1 was on the float that won, and was very happy to be on the float, as a Princess! After the parade, we all got to have some fun at the festival. They had really good Bar-b-que, and the kids got to do fun crafts. We had no idea all of that was going to be happening in Greenwood, but WOW, they did put on a good time for the whole family!

That night, Mr. Magoo and I went out to the Brugge and to the horse track. If you haven't been to the Brugge, it is well worth the trip to Broadripple! They have GREAT food, and beer! The track was fun, but Mr. Magoo and I figured out one thing...we have NO idea what we are doing in horse betting!! The track was a lot of fun, and we decided to take the kids at some point. They have a 1st floor that is smoke-free, and called the Family Pavilion. They have a gift shop, arcade, snack area, playground, and you can go pet the horses after each race.

Today, we are getting pictures done for Chicky Magoo 2's 2nd birthday. Then Chicky Magoo 1 has violin lessons. Just another day at the Magoo house!
