has Chicky Magoo 1 loaned anyone any money?
She has loaned 2 people money so far! She is QUITE picky with who she loans to. The company has to have 5 stars and NO one can be delinquent. The two she loaned to are from Peru so far.
"This person is 2% delinquent. Who would give them money?"
And thus, Chicky Magoo proves herself a better banker than the Federal Reserve.
